When I click on the "Launch Lab Environment" button it opens https://dfw-labs.exams.linuxtrainingservices.org/course/LFS252/lab2 on new tab, but instead of a lab, the message:

Forbidden

You don't have the permission to access the requested resource. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.

Any clue?

    Hello,

It can take up to 24 hours for the lab envirnment to be updated to allow new accounts. Has this issue continued longer than 24 hours after purcasing the course?

    Regards,

  • Excellent. They are already helping me through that email.
