  • I am throwing out of the PSI browser after connecting with a check-in specialist. I have tried multiple times and no luck. The error showing system check error or something, I couldn't take a screenshot of the error. I had this issue on two different days now. Last time I used wireless connection, so I tried wired connection today, but not worked. My internet speed is fine. Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue with some remote desktop team if possible? My ticket number is: (TCCS-97935)

    Old ticket number: (TCCS-94633)

  • Hi @fcioanca

    Thank you for the information.

The response time on the ticket was too long last time. So, I am just checking for alternate ways. Could you please help me the ticket to be assigned ASAP?

Each ticket is assigned and processed in the order it is received. Processing time may vary based on the number of tickets in the queue and their complexity. There are no alternate ways of resolving issues.

    Hi All,

The same thing just happened to me,
    1. I ran through the "Exam Preparation Checklist" days in advance and today as well
    2. Logged on 30 minutes early and downloaded PSI bridge and when i opened the browser its shows as loading from past 1hr 30 mins

Have opened 2 tickets about this issue from the support https://jira.linuxfoundation.org/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/15/TCCS-101214 and https://jira.linuxfoundation.org/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/15/TCCS-1012

How early we can get response from the support team. Please guide me, thank you.

    Regards,
    Sreedhar

    Hi @sreeguda

We are very sorry to hear about your experience.

Please note that opening multiple tickets will not help. Tickets are assigned and processed in the order they are received and it can take several business days (no weekends or holidays) for the Customer Support team to respond.

Thank you for your patience while the Support team works to assist all students.

    Best regards,

    Magda

    Hi @vikasp

All communication and ticket resolution is done via the JIRA system; the forum is used exclusively for course content related questions and monitored by the Training team. As advised in my previous post, response time can take several business days, and weekends are not included (this is also specified on the support portal).

We thank you for your patience while the support team is working to address each ticket in the order it is received.

  • i was really frustrated but seeing that so many people have faced this issue explains it's major issue on psi side.
I have my exam scheduled at 2:00 PM, opened it 30 minutes prier and downloaded the psi browser, but it kept on loading. not able to give my exam.

i have opened a ticket waiting for the solution: https://jira.linuxfoundation.org/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/15/TCCS-113201

  • Hello, I have encountered the same issue and have submitted multiple tickets via Linux Foundation Jira. Due to this issue, I missed my exam. Please advise on the next steps. Thank you. > @fcioanca said:

    Hi @mfadda
We're your tickets opened with PSI or LF? If they were not with LF, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you in rescheduling at a later date (PSI cannot assist with that). Please note response will likely take several business days.

    Hi @kamran.zahoor

If you already opened a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team, please note that response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays). Opening multiple tickets does not speed up the process, as each ticket is processed in the order it is received. Rest assured that once your ticket is assigned, the Support team will assist you in rescheduling your exam.

  • Hi Flavia,
Thank you for your response. Could you please advise on how I can prevent this situation from occurring again in the future?

    Hi @kamran.zahoor

All exam-related questions must be directed to the Customer Support team - once they respond to your ticket, you can ask them this question. Forums are meant to be used exclusively for course-related questions and are monitored by the Training team, which is not involved with exams.

    Kind regards,
    Flavia
