    I'm experiencing the exact same symptoms, although the systems seem to be up and running according to the status page: https://trainingstatus.linuxfoundation.org/

    Furthermore, as @vietdv277 noted, no one is responding to the psi livechat. This is really disappointing and I'd say unacceptable for such an professional environment. The chat is even automatically closed due to inactivity from their side.

    I already opened a ticket. TCCS-19360.

    Why is the PSI chat non-responsive and the exam not working?

    Can you please help me, i had exams scheduled this morning @10am uk time,
    Link to take exams was not present in my portal and I completely forgot to use the other exams link.
    Can something be done about it, I have raised several tickets

  • Thank you for your reply! The exam has started ~10 minutes after the schedule though, so I guess it was a false alarm from my side :-)

    We are sorry to hear you experienced issues with the exam. If you opened a ticket with Linux Foundation Customer Support team, they will assist in rescheduling the exam. Please note that responses to tickets are provided during business hours, M-F 8am-8pm US CT, and that it can take up to 2 business days to get a response. If you have opened a ticket with PSI, please open a ticket with LF Customer Support at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org.

    Am having the same issue right now.
    exam was supposed to start 10 mins ago but I understand am allowed to start even 15 mins earlier so I am here for almost half an hour and I have the same error.
    Very disappointing.

    I have the same error
    PSI live chat also is not working properly I submitted a ticket in PSI and linuxfoundation but this is very disappointing as I had planed my day and took a day off witch I now need to reschedule, this will not count toward my 2 attempts right ?

    @jpulido We apologize that you are encountering issues. If you already opened a ticket at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org, the Linux Foundation Customer Support team (not PSI) will be assisting you in rescheduling your exam at a later time.

  • Hello, I am also facing the same issue. Exam was supposed to get start at 11 am IST. But Its been long 1 hour and 30 minutes and still i am waiting for the Check-in specialist. I want to give my exam today itself. Please do the needful. Here is my ticket for the same. Thanks

    Hi support, Isn't it possible to give more info regarding this issue? I also didn't got the exam published last friday, raised a ticket. But this ticket is still not assigned, nor am I able to schedule a new exam.
