Yes, Microsoft Outlook does support PST to VCF conversion, but with some limitations. I discovered this when I needed to transfer my old Outlook contacts to another device that only accepted vCard files. Initially, I assumed Outlook would export all contacts from the PST file into VCF format in one step, but the process is mostly manual.
Outlook allows users to open the PST file, go to the Contacts section, and save individual contacts as VCF (vCard) files using the Save As option. This method works well if you only have a few contacts to export.
