Request for Exam Retake Due to Technical Issues – CKAD Exam

I recently attempted to take the CKAD exam but faced persistent technical issues while trying to connect. Despite meeting all system requirements and having a stable, fast internet connection, the PSI browser disconnected multiple times. Additionally, the proctor indicated that my screen was not shared, preventing me from proceeding with the exam.

Given that I made multiple attempts to connect and the issue was beyond my control, I kindly request a retake opportunity. I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving this matter so that I can successfully complete my certification exam. I have opened TCCS-135513 , as my certification voucher last date is March 28 , this is urgent for me to get this issue resloved.

    We're very sorry to hear about this experience. Please be assured that the Customer Support Team works tirelessly to address all tickets, but it can take several business days as tickets are addressed in the order that they are received (no weekends or holidays).

    Forums are meant to be used exclusively for course-content related questions, while all exam-related questions are handled by the Support Team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org. As you have already opened a ticket, you should hear back from them soon and they will assist you.

    Today that is 11/26/2025 I have taken ckad certification and proctor paused my exam and the as I cannot return back to exam and there ia hardly any support this is so frustrating and i can’t finish my certification

Please note that response time can take up to several business days (no weekends or holidays).
