Request for Exam Retake Due to Technical Issues – CKAD Exam

I recently attempted to take the CKAD exam but faced persistent technical issues while trying to connect. Despite meeting all system requirements and having a stable, fast internet connection, the PSI browser disconnected multiple times. Additionally, the proctor indicated that my screen was not shared, preventing me from proceeding with the exam.

Given that I made multiple attempts to connect and the issue was beyond my control, I kindly request a retake opportunity. I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving this matter so that I can successfully complete my certification exam. I have opened TCCS-135513 , as my certification voucher last date is March 28 , this is urgent for me to get this issue resloved.

    We're very sorry to hear about this experience. Please be assured that the Customer Support Team works tirelessly to address all tickets, but it can take several business days as tickets are addressed in the order that they are received (no weekends or holidays).
