I took my CKAD exam (retake) today. Faced similar issues with slow VI editor, Lagging browsers, slow terminals. This exam setup is so horrible that it feels that the cncf linux certification team doesn't care to address the underlying issue. I am extremely disappointed on time and money not well spent for no fault of mine. Need refund.

@fcioanca -- I have opened the ticket with Linux Foundation Customer Support. Ticket # TCCS-140095
Link - https://jira.linuxfoundation.org/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/15/TCCS-140095
I request you to nudge the concerned team to help me on the ticket. While I understand the volume of tickets as a factor in resolutuion time, Is there any SLA or ETA for addressing the issue ?
I really have hopes from Linux Foundation Support. For both the attempts my Secure Browsers were on slower-side. But for the 2nd attempt (retake), it was super slow. I really request you to consider my request.

Hey,
I also had huge problems now, resulting in having not enough time for my CKS because of a slow and laggy exam environment.
I did my killer.sh only a few moments before and the very same device and network, and everything was smooth and fast. This is unacceptable, the exams are a difficult layer, and a working responsive environment is a must-have.
I think that this is all related to this PSI-Browser.0 -
Hi @rapsn ,

If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you. PSI Secure Browser is definitely a fraud.

hi @fcioanca
TCCS-147329 My open ticket. Horrible experience with CKAD. Restore my attempt. How can I be assured that this doesn't happen again? PSI Browser is so damn bad.
I did my killer.sh only a few moments ago and the very same device and network, and everything was smooth and fast.
Need clarity ASAP.
