How long does Linux Foundation takes to reply to a Jira Ticket.
I have raised a ticket with the Linux Foundation (TCCS-59938) and it has been 2 days and I have not received a reply. No one has been assigned to the ticket. I was not able to take the exam because of the webcam issues and now I am stuck as I cannot reschedule the exam.

Hi @bhargav2427
Response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays). As tickets are handled in the order received, time depends on the number of tickets in the support queue.

I have raised a ticket with the Linux Foundation - TCCS-113864
I was unable to start the exam last week because the remote desktop failed to launch with error 514 asking me to reset the remote desktop. It didn’t work.
The exam page on LinuxFoundation says that the status is "Grading in progress", so I'm not able to schedule another exam.
I have also tried calling the support line but have been unable to reach anyone.
Due to other commitments, I should schedule the exam.
If anyone from the Linux Foundation sees this, I hope they can offer some help.0 -
Hi @leo.kim
Response time can take several business days, weekends and holidays (today is a holiday in the US) are not included. Each ticket is assigned and addressed in the order it is received. Please note that all tickets are resolved via JIRA, there is no support phone number.
We apologize for the inconvenience this issue may cause. Once the Customer Supporr team assigns your ticket they will help you reschedule.

Flavia
