I have my exam in 5m but I keep getting this message
Error while creating PRS request. Please contact your administrator.
I already opened a support ticket is there anything more I can do? This is really stressful before an exam.
btw I already did 2 exams with no problem in the last 4 days

What need to be done. I also faced the same issue. i was not able to launch the exam due to this.
To whom we need to contact for rescheduling the exam0 -
Please open a ticket at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and the Linux Foundation Customer Support Team will assist with rescheduling. Please note the response may take several business days (no weekends or holidays), as tickets are addressed in the order received.
