How long does it take for Linux Foundation to reply to a JIRA ticket?
I took CKA exam on 7th of January but due to network issue, the exam window got closed and I raised a ticket to support specialist and there he asked if I wanted to reschedule my test some other day or continue troubleshooting. I agreed for rescheduling to which he said that I will be able to reschedule after 24hrs from my exam timing.
Now its about a week and still I am unable to reschedule the test.
I opened a JIRA for support on 8th of Jan and still no one has been assigned to it.
Has anyone else faced this kind of issue? What else can I do?

Due to a higher number of inquiries, response time takes longer at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks for your response!
Do we have any lead time?0 -
I don't have that kind of information.

I was unable to attend the real exam due to technical issues. The PSI session kept closing automatically during validations and surrounding checks. I tried three times by downloading a new PSI browser, but it didn’t work. After that, my launch icon was disabled, so I couldn't try again. I immediately opened a JIRA support ticket, but I haven’t received a response even after two days. Is this delay expected?

Hi @jchittan,
We are sorry to hear about your experience with the exam. Response times can take several business days, excluding weekends and holidays, and tickets are addressed in the order they are received. Rest assured, the Support Team will assist you as soon as they reach your ticket. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.
Best regards,
Magda
