[OOM killer] the archive `LFD201_V2020-08-07_SOLUTIONS.tar.bz2` has a script instead of a C program

In the archive LFD201_V2020-08-07_SOLUTIONS.tar.bz2, the file SOLUTIONS/s_18/lab_wastemem.c seems to be a bash script.

But in the other archive LFD201_V2021-06-30_SOLUTIONS.tar.xz, the file is a C program and works well

  You are using an oboslute version of the Solutions. Please use LFD201_V2021-06-30_SOLUTIONS.tar.xz. I'm not sure where the error came from but the current version is just fine

  and by the way, it is session 19 in the newer version

  In lab 26.3, the script compiles file lab3_write.c instead of file lab_write.c. But everything works otherwise
