CKA Exam Missed Due to 4 AM vs 4 PM Scheduling Confusion — Request for Advice

Hi everyone,
I missed my CKA exam because of a confusion with the appointment time. I intended to book it for 4:00 PM, but the exam portal showed 4:00 AM.
I’ve already raised a support ticket (TCCS-186055) requesting a one-time rescheduling exception. I also found this discussion where someone faced a similar midnight/noon scheduling issue and was reportedly allowed to reschedule:
Has anyone experienced a similar situation recently? Were you able to get your exam rescheduled after missing it due to an AM/PM time confusion?
