CKA Exam - Opportunity to take the exam (or Exam refunding)

I wanted to take the CKA exam on time, but unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to take it.
To inquire about this issue immediately, I have created ticket TCCS-95047.
I would like to be given the opportunity to take the exam.
Or, I would like to take the CKA exam after receiving a refund of the original exam fee.
However, I have not been able to receive any support or response yet.

    Please note that the Support team may take a few business days, excluding weekends and holidays, to respond. Rest assured, they will address your ticket, following a first-come, first-served approach to handle inquiries.

While we recognize that the difference between 12am/12pm can sometimes catch people, please know that there are unrecoverable costs associated with creating each Exam session and scheduling a proctor.

    As a 1-time exception, we will reset your eligibility to allow you to schedule a new reservation for the > exam. Please login to the training portal (trainingportal.linuxfoundation.org), and click Resume to load the exam checklist for the new eligibility. You still have 2 attempts.

    Please do be careful when picking a new time for your next reservation, esp. if choosing 12am (midnight) or 12pm (noon) start times.
