Hello Guys,

I turned up today to sit my CKA exam , and found that I have this message on the portal:

Status: Grading in progress.
Exam results will be released 24 hours after exam is completed.

I waited to see if this would change as time came closer to exam time , and it did now I have:

We regret to advise that due to an internal system problem, your Exam will not provision correctly and therefore will NOT be available to launch.

Please contact trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org for further assistance.

The exam time came and went , and nothing changed , I was not able to open it .

I have raised a support case , but so far no response , Where do I go from here ?

    Hi @moucina and @khanfiroz

We apologize for the issues encountered. Unfortunately, exams scheduled between 110424 00:00 UTC and 06:00 UTC were impacted by a provisioning error and will not launch. Exams scheduled AFTER 06:00 UTC are NOT impacted and will provision and launch as expected.

If you already opened a ticket, please note that response time can take up to several business days, as each ticket is addressed and resolved in the order it was received.

    Regards,
