Credly badge for KCNA renewal not received
Hi,
I renewed my KCNA exam a few days ago, but I'm still waiting for the email to redeem the credly badge.
Besides that, when I try to validate the certification, I get the date of the old one (that will expire in 2 months).
I already opened a ticket, but after 8 hours, there was no answer; could anyone here guide me through that?

Hi @edsoncelio,
Thank you for your question. The response time depends on the current volume of tickets, and the Training team monitoring this forum does not have direct insight into the exact timing. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Best,

I have this exact same issue, only difference is that my badge is now showing expired on credly. I already passed the re-certification exam and got an email that said an instruction would be sent within 7 days on how to claim my digital badge. That email was not received as far as am aware.
