Unable to schedule CKA exam

Hi, I'm unable to schedule my CKA exam and already raised a jira request.
But no one is assisting, can someone help here please

    Hi @sudha,

    The Linux Foundation Customer Support team is aware that the number of scheduling slots is extremely limited, as numerous candidates are trying to recertify before the end of the month. They are working with PSI to add more slots. Each ticket is handled in the order it is received and it can take several business days to address them (now weekends or holidays). We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.

    Ok, Thanks for your reply.
    But my expiration date is March 23rd 2024, what if they do not respond to me at the earliest ? And what if I do not get the slot ?

    They will work to help you reschedule within available time slots, and may give you an extension if needed.

    Hi,

    Still there is no update on the Jira I raised and I'm unable to find any slots too book.
    My expiration is in next three days. What should I do now, please suggest

    Once your ticket is assigned, the Linux Foundation Customer Support team will work with you to help reschedule your exam.

    Found a slot and scheduled it, no issue now
