My exam is at 11PM. At 10.30PM I see this message. "We regret to advise that due to an internal system problem, your Exam will not provision correctly and therefore will NOT be available to launch". This is 2nd attempt to attend the exam both the time I faced technical issue. This is not fair...

  • What was the solution ? I'm getting the same error. I have an exam now but its not launching and showing "

    If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you in rescheduling your exam at a later date. Please note that response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays).

    I am also got the same below error, opened a ticket, please let me know, when I can reschedule the exam:

    Hi @khanfiroz

    We apologize for the issues encountered. Unfortunately, exams scheduled between 110424 00:00 UTC and 06:00 UTC were impacted by a provisioning error and will not launch. Exams scheduled AFTER 06:00 UTC are NOT impacted and will provision and launch as expected.

    If you already opened a ticket, please note that response time can take up to several business days, as each ticket is addressed and resolved in the order it was received.
