Unable to schedule CKA Exam

Hi,
I've been trying to schedule CKA exam.

While i try clicking VERIFY NAME, it doesn't proceed further and gives error that "AN ERROR OCCURED WHILE UPDATING YOUR RESERVATION".

I've now raised the ticket for the same.

If the team could help me to schedule the exam without any further issues.

    I'm facing the same issue when attempting to verify my name. On inspecting the browser console, I noticed there seems to be a forbidden error (pasted below) while the website is trying to modify/verify the Name.

    Hi,

    A partial outage in our Exam management System has the following impact on MyPortal Page:

    1. Candidates unable to verify their name in the Learner Portal and proceed to scheduling their exam
    2. Grading is delayed for exams that were completed 24+ hours

    Please see my note in this thread - you can subscribe to updates from our status page to receive updates on the issue. There are no workarounds until our Technical Team is able to implement a fix. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    We're sorry to hear you had a problem with your exam. We provide thousands of exams every week and sometimes, despite our best efforts, issues can happen. We understand how frustrating this can be. Our Customer Support team will assist you with rescheduling your exam. It may take a few business days for them to get back to you, as weekends and holidays aren't included. Please be assured, they will reach out to you as soon as they can.

    Hi Flavia,

    Thanks for your quick response, I created a ticket since 5 days already but still no response for such important case where I think its general with everyone try to book the exam those days ??

    Can you please help to speed up the process to fix it?

    Hi Mohamed,

    Unfortunately, the Training team has no way of speeding up processing time for support tickets. Every ticket is considered important, that is why they are processed in the order they are received. Please note that weekends are not considered business days - your ticket should be addressed in the next several business days.
