Shouldn't it be up to date with the current release? what version should we expect in the exam?

the latest release of this course is V.19-u1. Before that there was V1.19.0, V1.18.1-u1 and V1.18.1. So you should be finding that Solution set (it was dated 10/18/2020. The exam is currently on 1.20.1 I believe, and an update of the course to that version is almost ready AFAIK, and notification will be sent when it comes out.
