Facing Issue in Lab_2.1

I am getting below error while giving below command

Please let me know if it it normal or some correction is needed

I tried again and it is working

I am facing issue in opening GUI , I waited for 30 Minutes , still it is not opening .
Pls refer snapshot for reference
