Openstack Lab not loading

Hello,

I just started the openstack class but I'm having issues with the Lab. The lab gets deployed and shows as ready fine, but when I'm supposed to get the shell I get the following error:

 

It remains in loading all the time. I did tried to hit shift+refresh and still nothing.

I'm using the latest firefox and the latest google chrome. Any ideas as to what is going on? I use windows by the way.
