in Getting Started with Linux

Is there anyway to click the wheel of the mouse in UBUNTU and it works to take the page either up or down?

I can only scroll up and down with the wheel

    Options
    That option should be in the mouse settings, if it is not then you can modify the xoeg configuration to add that function.

    I see "Dwell click" and "Simulated "secondary click" those aren't it are they?

    Options -> Advanced -> Browsing -> Use Autoscrolling -> CHECK!
