[Solved] Single click in Gnome desktop

I have looked thru all the settings i can think of to single click icons in Gnome on Mint but i am unable to find any such setting.

Does anyone have a solution ??

    Gnome should be Gnome, so, in Fedora I do:
    File Manager (Nautilus)-->Edit-->Preferences-->Behavior, then, click on "Single click to open items".

    Confusion between 'Nautilus Actions Configuration' in the applications menu and standard 'File Browser' window

    Should read (for Nautilus)
    File Browser -->Edit -->Preferences -->Behavior, then, click on "Single click to open items".
