LFS261 - Lab 4 Dockerfile not working

The Dockerfile in Lab 4 (the one in lftraining/devops-repo/setup) does not work out of the box, as it uses an EOL version of Jenkins and can't install the plugins, so the build fails.

I had to change docker image version and remove a couple of packages that are not available in Debian 13.

Note: didn't use LFS261 Class Forum as for some reason I can't post there.

    Thank you for flagging this. We will work with the course maintainers to update the labs.

    Regarding the old forum, you actually posted in the correct one. We transitioned to a new format a while back, and the old forum is now inactive.
