An unexpected error occured on the server

Today, I scheduled an exam. When i clicked to install Secure Browser/ Launch, the error was appearing, and i cant take an exam. I tried my best on 30mins, and still error

    Same error for me (CKAD exam).

    yes, i tried doing the same but i wasnt able to load the browser

    How do we escalate this? Even i was going to give the ckad exam.

    I have the same issue .. PSI Support was useless and Linux Foundation Training Support team does not work on Sundays
    Opened a Ticket with both PSI Support and LF , captured a screen recording and a screenshot of the error for evidence.

    Same issue with CKAD today at 11AM (Central Europe) and now for CKA exam at 2PM.

    I have only some days left until the exams expire, I hope I can reschedule it after expiration.
    Also opened tickets with PSI and Linux Foundation.

    Hello team,
    I had my KCSA exam scheduled for today and I encountered the exact same error and could not attempt my exam.

    Thanks, I logged the issues with both of this too.

    Not a good experience! I Hope they will allow us to reschedule the exam as soon as possible

    Same error for me too. At 9:00 AM CEST for CKAD. What a disappointing experience.
    Talked to a PSI agent, they did absolutely nothing other than referring me to LF.
    Finding the PSI chat and also the LF ticket page was also a challenge.

    Hi all, I also experienced the same error when trying to take the KCSA at 9:30am GMT this morning.

    Same here, I also got the server error when taking the CKA exam at 14:00 +7 GMT. I opened ticket already but not sure should I reschedule immediately after it possible or waiting for this issued to be solved to prevent the same error in the next times taking the exam.
