I scheduled my CKA exam for July 26, 2026, but was unable to take it because the name on my ID card did not match the registration details. As a result, the proctor denied me access to the exam.

Immediately after the incident, I contacted PSI support and submitted a detailed ticket to the Linux Foundation, including the PSI ticket numbers. However, my exam eligibility expires on July 30, 2026, which leaves me with only three days remaining.

At the moment, my exam portal shows the status as “grading”, and I am unable to reschedule another attempt.

Has anyone encountered a similar situation, and is there a way to get this resolved before my exam eligibility expires?
