Method to Convert OST to PST Manually

You can manually convert an OST file to PST using Microsoft Outlook’s built-in Import/Export feature. This method works only when the OST file is accessible and connected to its original Outlook profile.

Steps to Convert OST to PST Manually:

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook on your system.
  2. Click on the File tab.
  3. Select Open & Export, then click on Import/Export.
  4. Choose Export to a file and click Next.
  5. Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next.
  6. Choose the mailbox or folders you want to export.

Important Notes:
