Issue with LFCS207 Resource Access Credentials

Hi everyone,

I hope you’re doing well.

I am writing to report an issue regarding the access credentials for the LFCS207 LDAP resources. It appears that the current login details are no longer working for me, and I am unable to access the course materials.

Could you please verify if the access keys have been updated recently? If so, I would appreciate it if you could share the new credentials or provide guidance on how to restore access.

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

Best regards,

    Hi @mariamendezm ,

I tried to replicate the issue on my end, but wasn’t able to reproduce the “invalid login” error.

Just to double-check, the username and password are case sensitive.

    [Credentials removed]

You may also want to make sure there aren’t any extra spaces before or after the username or password when entering them, as that can sometimes cause login issues.

    I hope this helps!

    Best regards,

    Hi @mariamendezm

Your LF ID will not allow you to access course resources. Please check the instructions in the introductory chapter (under Course Support and Other Resources) on how to access course resources.

    Regards,
    Flavia

  • Hello, I'm having trouble logging in. I am entering the credentials shown at the beginning of the course, but I’m getting an 'invalid login' error. Could you help me look into this?"

  • @dharmon Thank you very much for your help! Now it is working. :)
