how to file an appeal to repeat my first CKA test ??
Hello everyone ,
today was my first attempt, but unfortunately I faced an issue , I managed to chat with protector and asked to show my ID then suddenly the bridge browser quit , I tried to repeat the process more than once from Chrome & Firefox and keeping quit. Finally the proctor said you have an issue with internet and it seems to be slow , to be honest I tested everything two days ago and even did some practice on simulator and I have not seen anything abnormal in my internet. Anyhow after 30 minutes they kicked me out. So I lost my first attempt with nothing ,
I'm wondering if there is any possibility to file an appeal or raising a ticket to repeat the first attempt or should forget about it and think about new try , I am afraid I'm gonna face some issue next time , any opinion please ???

thank you @arianehamm , in fact I did but they're not responding promptly. Now when I'm landing on result page I can see it stuck on processing and I don't see the link to my 2nd attempt or link to activate 2nd killersh session. This confirms it's real technical issue. I'm requested to finish all attempts before 6 Nov 2025, that means I'm gonna lose my money and efforts for nothing !!
