Create ticket to support team
Hi,
Had and issue during CKA exam today. PSI keep crashing and stuck. Proctor did not respond.
Try to create to ticket support but no option for me to do so:

I dont want my first test to be burn like that.
Is there a way I can reach support team?

Hi,
Had and issue during ICA exam today. PSI keep saying "We measured 0Kbps, which is under the minimum requirement of 300Kbps.", while my connection is actually 36Mbps. Proctor did not respond.
