    It depends what you mean by "start". Applications open April 15th, I believe. Then there's the month long skills eval thing + some other stuff (this site is so difficult to find things - I can't find the source for that but I recall reading about it).

    Ah I totally missed that bit about the start date until after I posted and couldn't edit. Sorry!
    I haven't been able to track down the page that lists the dates - but keep an eye on https://mentorship.lfx.linuxfoundation.org/#projects_accepting

    Feel free to ping me on discord - I'm starting a group for the summer mentorship and it should be easier to communicate there than IRC
