It depends what you mean by "start". Applications open April 15th, I believe. Then there's the month long skills eval thing + some other stuff (this site is so difficult to find things - I can't find the source for that but I recall reading about it).

Ah I totally missed that bit about the start date until after I posted and couldn't edit. Sorry!
