Refund Request Ticket #TCCS-138512 Still Unassigned – Time-Sensitive per Policy
I submitted a refund request on April 16, 2025, via support ticket #TCCS-138512, the same day I subscribed CKAD exam. According to your refund policy, the request must be processed within 3 business days to qualify. However, the ticket is still unassigned and remains open, putting my eligibility at risk.
Please prioritize this ticket and confirm that my refund will still be honored as per the policy, considering I submitted it within the required timeframe.

Please note that it can take up to several business days for tickets to be assigned and processed. Rest assured that your refund request will be procesed as long as the request was submitted within 3 business days from purchase.

Hi @fcioanca
As of today, it has been 2 business days since I submitted my refund request on April 16, 2025. The ticket still appears unassigned.
Could you please confirm:
If the ticket isn’t assigned or processed within the 3-business-day window, will my refund request still be honored based on the original submission date?I submitted it within the policy timeframe, and just want to ensure my eligibility remains valid even if internal processing takes longer.
