CKA exam issues via psi

Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to take the Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) exam through the Linux Foundation, but I’ve encountered repeated technical issues that have made it impossible to proceed. Here’s a summary of what’s been happening:
1. I’ve attempted to take the exam four times now.
2. Each time, I complete the check-in process, but I get stuck in a loop where the exam doesn’t load, even though the proctor tells me the test has been released.
3. I’ve used three different computers and three different networks (including the best available in my area), but the issue persists.
4. PSI support always tells me to contact the Linux Foundation, but the Linux Foundation’s support process takes days, and they keep reopening my case without resolving the issue.
5. When I log in again after reporting the problem, the system either resets to allow rescheduling or shows no history of my attempts.

I’ve spent hours trying to resolve this, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I’ve invested a lot of time and money into this certification, but the process seems broken.

Has anyone else faced similar issues with the CKA exam? How did you resolve them?
Should I request a refund or escalate further? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. And now days am asking my self does CKA exam even exit or it’s a scum am really exhausted

Thank you in advance for your help!

Likewise. LF need to work on this PSI slowness, lag and crash.
Had my CKA exam today 6th Apr 2024.
Pathetically slow. Keyboard inserts were lagging and as a result wasted lot of time correcting commands, yaml files and so on.
Remote desktop crashed and disconnected in between once as well. Document loading and search was taking ages.
So stressful and can't even finish the exam when I could have easily solved the questions. It's painful to go experience such things when one invest time and money for certification only to get blocked by such technical issues.
Have already raised a ticket immediately after the exam. Waiting for it's outcome

    Hi Team,

It has now been several days since I completed my CKA exam, and my result is still being withheld under the pretext of Section 4.5 of your certification agreement. I’ve already provided all the details you requested:
    • I took the exam in a work environment
    • I used a personal device
    • The operating system was Windows 10

I have complied fully with the exam rules and conducted myself with complete integrity during the session. If your team has concerns regarding my exam session, then the right course of action is to either:
    1. Allow me to redo the attempt immediately, or
    2. Unlock my second attempt without further delay

It is not acceptable to indefinitely hold back my result without providing any specific reason or timeline. As a paying candidate who followed all procedures, I expect a timely and fair resolution—not indefinite silence under vague policy references.

Please treat this matter with urgency and inform me of the next steps. I am prepared to escalate this if a resolution is not provided soon.

    Hi @amalranjanmisra

The Support Team will communicate with you in your current ticket - we cannot discuss your case on this forum.

Your exam session is under review in compliance with section 4.5 of the Linux Foundation Global Certification and Confidentiality Agreement.

    Thank you for your patience.
