CKA exam issues via psi

Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to take the Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) exam through the Linux Foundation, but I’ve encountered repeated technical issues that have made it impossible to proceed. Here’s a summary of what’s been happening:
1. I’ve attempted to take the exam four times now.
2. Each time, I complete the check-in process, but I get stuck in a loop where the exam doesn’t load, even though the proctor tells me the test has been released.
3. I’ve used three different computers and three different networks (including the best available in my area), but the issue persists.
4. PSI support always tells me to contact the Linux Foundation, but the Linux Foundation’s support process takes days, and they keep reopening my case without resolving the issue.
5. When I log in again after reporting the problem, the system either resets to allow rescheduling or shows no history of my attempts.

I’ve spent hours trying to resolve this, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I’ve invested a lot of time and money into this certification, but the process seems broken.

Has anyone else faced similar issues with the CKA exam? How did you resolve them?
Should I request a refund or escalate further? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. And now days am asking my self does CKA exam even exit or it’s a scum am really exhausted

Thank you in advance for your help!
