These are the issues occurred multiple times .. I was unable to write or access the exam window during the time,

I was fully prepared for the exam, but this incident not only stolen my exam time also it decreased my exam confidence.

I encountered multiple disconnections (more than 10 times) during my CKAD exam session. Each time, I had to reconnect and go through the check-in procedure again, which resulted in a significant loss of time—over an hour. Due to this issue, I was unable to complete my exam.

As this problem occurred from the CNCF’s end, I kindly request a reattempt for my first exam attempt. I also have evidence of the system session failures, which I can provide if needed.

    We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. Please note that response time from the Customer Support team may take up to several business days (weekends and holidays not included). You can rest assured that once your ticket is assigned, they will assist you in rescheduling your exam at a later date.

    Thanks for the prompt response, as you mentioned LFE analyzed my exam log and provided me additional exam attempt opportunity.

    Let me ask you something .. in case during the next attempt if i face the similar issues then what are the precautions i can make to save the time.
