I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the status of my support ticket, which I raised 2 days ago. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a response, and I would like to ensure that my request has been received and is being processed.

Could you kindly provide an update on the status of my ticket? If additional information is needed from my side to assist in resolving the issue, please let me know.

    I hope this message finds you well. Unfortunately, we cannot help you with the status of your ticket. Forums are meant to be used exclusively for course-content related questions, while all exam-related questions are handled by the Support Team. The Support Team does not monitor the Forums. Response time to tickets can take several business days (no weekends or holidays).
