I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the status of my support ticket, which I raised 2 days ago. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a response, and I would like to ensure that my request has been received and is being processed.

    I hope this message finds you well. Unfortunately, we cannot help you with the status of your ticket. Forums are meant to be used exclusively for course-content related questions, while all exam-related questions are handled by the Support Team. The Support Team does not monitor the Forums. Response time to tickets can take several business days (no weekends or holidays).
