My recently Paid CKA exam is not Available, due to Missed exam that is in Grading Status forever

I have missed my second attempt of my CKA exam that was scheduled on 26 Jan 2025, and It is a loss to me, well understood based on LF policy.

A couple days later, I paid the same Exam again so that I can attend the exam. The Payment were successful, but I can not access my Paid exam. I raised a support ticket but none come back to me.

How can proceed in this situation? I need help
