Unable to Start CKA Exam - Assistance Needed
Dear Support Team,
I had my CKA exam scheduled for 5 AM today. I checked in early, completed the verification, and waited for the proctor. The system showed "Connecting in 5 minutes," but after waiting over an hour, there was no response. I messaged via the exam whiteboard but received no reply. After closing the window, I couldn't reopen the exam.
Please assist with rescheduling or resolving this issue.

Hi Magda,
Thank you for your response. I wanted to highlight that my CKA exam purchase is set to expire on September 17, 2024, and I have two attempts available. If rescheduling takes too long, I’m concerned I may not have enough time to complete both attempts before the expiration date.
Could you please assist in expediting the rescheduling process or provide guidance on how I can proceed?
Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
