ckad beta exam issue
Hello
I opened a ticket with support as i had issue with exam ckad beta , as it is a ckad beta exam i need to attempt it before 13th may 2024 .
Its been 48 hr's no reply from support , during exam i did live chat with support immediately support team created a ticket requested to contact support as well.
Now i am waiting for so long and ticket status is waiting for support .
how long it takes to respond i am afraid i will miss 13th may deadline.

@fcioanca my exam was promo-based like I think Linux foundation gave 300 ckad beta vouchers to individuals and exam need to be attempted before 13th May 2024, if it takes several days what will happen to my exam.
