The tar file download is showing a 401. What contents are in this file that are required?
In the future the course should point to a publicly available file.

You can always follow instructions available in Chapter 1 > Course Information > Course Support and Other Resources, and download files necessary to complete lab exercises from there.
Please avoid sharing sensitive information such as user ID and password in the forum.
