PSI secure browser issues /retake exam

I tried to take certification but the PSI secure browser crashed 10 min into exam. I was told by PSI support to raise ticket with Linux Foundation and did so 2 days ago as I would like to reschedule exam asap. Still have no answer and seems like rescheduling is blocked until ticket is resolved. Anyone knows how long time I can expect to wait for something like this?

    Response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays). Once your ticket is assigned, rest assured that the Customer Support team will assist you in rescheduling your exam.

    it didn't start on ubuntu 20.04 lts, too. still no response from linuxfoundation support.

    is using windows for the tests, to use the secure browser, the best option?

    The Customer Support team will get back to you as soon as they reach your ticket. Response times may vary, taking a few business days, depending on the current ticket volume. Please direct all exam-related inquiries to them. Use this forum exclusively for discussions related to course content.
