CKA EXAM issue due to this issue it consumed more than 40 min in my exam time

Dear Team,

I have scheduled the CKA exam on 17/2/2024 on 12 pm IST during this time I have faced lots of issues while taking the exam during this time I have faced like not able to take documentation properly and the browser is running slow in that time because of this issue it consumed my 40 min in exam and remaining time how can I solve my tasks it's impossible that time. and during this time they are also not able to provide the additional time or reschedule this exam and after that network issue is happened and suddenly exam got ended. i am requesting you to please reschedule this exam to some other day and please understand my problem and help me to resolve this issue asap

    And after that I have checked my exam portal the result status is showing like "grading in progress" so please check and update help me to resolve this issue asap.

    Hi @venki1998

    Please note that response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays). Also, please refrain from opening additional tickets, as that does not speed the process in any way. Each ticket is processed in the order it is received - rest assured that the LF Customer Support team will assist you once they assign your ticket.
