Exam marked as absent since technical issue

Hi,
My name is Kavindu Gunathilake.
I have scheduled my CKA exam on 17th December 2023 at 1.30 pm. I logged on time and tested my mic and camera on time. But before starting the exam, the proctor asked me to change my headset and to use the built-in mic. It didn't work. So I had to change my PC and reconnect. By that time, the exam had passed 30mins and marked me as absent. Can you please assist me regarding this issue? I can't even reschedule the exam for my second attempt. But I think I deserve both attempts.

    Please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you in rescheduling your exam. Please note that response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays).

    Dear Linux Foundation,

    I have logged three tickets concerning technical issues during my CKAD exam - one with PSI (Ticket Number 3978613) and two with the Linux Foundation (Ticket Numbers TCCS-96412 and TCCS-96102). The problem involves an immediate camera disconnection after passing system checks, with an error message prompting me to save the exam in 30 seconds.

    Despite multiple attempts, I have not received a response in three days. It is imperative for my job that the exam be completed by the 19th of February 2024. Your prompt assistance is crucial.

    Please note that response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays). The Linux Foundation Customer Support team addresses LF tickets only in the order they are received - rest assured that once your ticket is assigned, they will assist you.
