Create ticket to support team

Hi,

Had and issue during CKA exam today. PSI keep crashing and stuck. Proctor did not respond.

Try to create to ticket support but no option for me to do so:

I dont want my first test to be burn like that.

Is there a way I can reach support team?

    The JIRA ticket system is currently down. Our IT team has been notified and we are hoping to have it back up at some point later today. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    The system is back up and you can now open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you.

    Had and issue during ICA exam today. PSI keep saying "We measured 0Kbps, which is under the minimum requirement of 300Kbps.", while my connection is actually 36Mbps. Proctor did not respond.
    Try to create to ticket support but no option for me to do so:

When you get to the Customer Support Portal, select the option that reflects your needs. Please note that response time may take up to several business days (no weekends or holidays).
