Issues during my CKA exam

I couldn't find the right steps to report issues during my CKA exam. Please help on how to open a ticket.

    Hi @david0100

    You can open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you. Please note that response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays).

    Thank you @fcioanca for your response. I followed the link to open a support ticket but couldn't find anything relating to ticketing except a holiday notice. I do not want the test result out before opening the ticket.

    The JIRA ticket system is currently down. Our IT team has been notified and we are hoping to have it back up at some point later today. We apologize for the inconvenience.
