Installation Notes for Chapter 9

Hi everyone,

I'm going through chapter 9: IMAGE CLASSIFICATION WITH TORCHVISION.

I am following the Installation Notes, and when I run this in Colab:

from helper_functions import get_image_from_url, show

I get the following error:

NameError: name 'false' is not defined
