Lots of issues with PSI: should I book the exam or wait a couple of weeks ?

Hi,
I wanted to take the exam before the end of the year, ideally this week, but I keep on reading that there are issues with bandwith, crashes, unresponsive chat and so on.
My question is: are these issues being takled by LF and, if so, when can I expect to "safely" take the exam ?
