I have raised a ticket with the Linux Foundation TCCS-68307 and I have not received any response.

My exam was scheduled for 2.30 am Nairobi Time yet I checked in early at 2.00 am just to have issues with verification for 4 hours and noting having to do my CKAD exam. The exam details state that I was absent from the test. Also, it was frustrating to be asked for my details by more than 10 technical support person both via chat and call and nothing was resolved.

    Response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays). Rest assured the LF Support team will assist you once they assign your ticket.
